Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great, the Live part, not so much. Bottom line up front: TurboTax is great; TurboTax Live isn't worth the extra money. TurboTax delivers a quality, easy-to-use product; however, the constant upsell is a bit obnoxious. I usually end up getting the Live version, and I usually end up regretting it. The expert review only happens if you have an error; if not, they just ask if you have any questions; well, not really, I don't know what to ask. I asked two questions during my use of the product, first I was given the wrong information, and second, they basically told me to google it.
