Rated 3 out of 5 by from The worst year I have ever had with Tax (I am 84) Experience was quite different than the past 10 years. *Was unable to import past years information * Was unable to import Broker information until I spent many visits and hours with your customer service representatives. Finally after I spent time with Lasere R ( in Atlanta) we figured my internet security was preventing the import of info even with my account numbers and passwords. She asked all the right questions and figured it out! *Follow up visits to finish and file were complicated with your emails activating "EDGE" as a browser that I had not used - so passwords I had used with "Chrome" did not seem to work. *Lastly, I wanted to apply some of my refund to next year but the Turbo Tax dialogue did not lead it to me so I did not apply any of it. Far more work than it should have been. Not happy this year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to navigate Too many advertisements. Difficult to navigate. Not easy to undo/change stuff once entered. Overall a pretty crappy product - -evil but necessary.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing mixed messaging from turbotax Return rejected /Turbo says they are there to help. The problem shows up in return files. but when you go in to tixit the page indicating errors disappears. The only way to get it back so as to go to next problem is to submit retrun, get rejected, and then go back to your return for another one shot try at correcting. Lastly, got two rejection email message and a return indicating accepted at about the same time. So where does it all stand ???????????

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble this year, turbotax is usually great? I've used Turbotax for years and I have complex taxes with dividends, K-1, option sales, etc. It usually works great. This year there was a bandwidth problem. It kept hanging up, pausing, and freezing. This has never happened before. Good news...it's much easier to get live help...they come right on in a few minutes.

A friend told me about Turbo Tax that was when I started using Turbo Tax that was about 15 years ago . Turbo tax saved me a lot of money. Thank You Turbo Tax Fred C Syracuse NY
