Rated 3 out of 5 by from Form 1099 entries need work. Good overall. I like how the system can pull in 1099's or glean info from PDFs that I'd gathered. But somehow I ended up with the return thinking I had 2 1099-Rs from military and 2 1099-Rs from an IRS RMD. But completing review of all the 1099-Rs, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc was frustrating because the return review forms were pretty cryptic on what needed fixed, and also insisted that info was missing when the 1099 actually had no such info and in one case no such block being asked for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very convenient, easy and inexpensive to use! I started using TurboTax a few years ago, when we couldn't afford to pay a tax professional to do our taxes each year. Even though we are in a better position financially now, I still prefer to use TurboTax over hiring a professional tax expert to help file my taxes. Mostly because the software platform is easy to navigate, no matter your competency with taxes or software. I can get my tax forms filled out, filed and be on with my day in one sitting, and from the convenience of my home. TurboTax also provides peace of mind their their protection packages. Thanks for making this an easy and relatively painless process each year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is so easy and simple to use. The process of using TurboTax is so easy to use. I uploaded the documents (W2, 1098, etc) and didn't have to type much. It took me through the process and was simple to follow. Great experience. I have been using it for more than 7 years now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the biggest rip-off of all time so by the time you finish with your taxes they have managed to tack on several items im not even sure I ordered, I had to go back several times to delete add ons that weren't authorized but because there wasn't a NO option just "continue"! I've used this service 8 years and every year I have to go back over my taxes to delete some "service I never requested. Apparently I allowed "credit Karma" to monitor my credit and I have no idea how to get rid of them. So read carefully before hitting "Continue"!
