Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why Make Things So Difficult This will be the last year I am using turbo tax and I am so happy that is the case. I decided to use the Costco Turbo Tax card last year and it made my taxes awful to do on that weird old software you have to transfer to. After filing them out on the website and realizing you force people to download a different version I redid my taxes and submitted. Fast forward to this year and turbo tax doesn’t even register I filed with them in 2021 just because I tried to save a few dollars last year. So now I am creating an IRS account and going through those steps to get my 1040, thank you turbo tax for driving away another customer of many years, with your endless pursuit to profit as much as you can from a simple service, you will not be missed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Some of the explanations didn't answer my questions, necessitating additional searching, and I had to report investment income from retirement accounts that shouldn't affect my taxes, but the cost of Premium was more than the income they said I couldn't report under the free version.
