Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay, does the job but not the easiest to use Overall TT is reliable, but the interface hasn't really improved over the years. It is also glitchy in a number of areas. For example, I needed to delete large amounts of entries, but the bulk option disappeared and didn't appear after I refreshed, and logged out/in. Also, there are times where you expect to move forward but it takes you through loops within the workflow, without a clear way to move forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Pretty good! Everything was okay UNTIL the part where it had me login to my Intuit account. That quickly became a disaster. I entered login name and password. It stated an error so I entered it again. Error once again. Then I clicked on "forgot my password" and was instructed to once again enter name and new password. Wrong again and locked me out! Spent another 40-50 minuted going in circles with two specialists before I xould get back in. In the 14 or 15 years I have been using TurboTax this was the first time I ever had so many problems. The last person I spoke with was able to get me fixed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so smooth sailing this year I have used TurboTax and have always been happy with the service, but this year it seems ya'll changed your information input fields and the scrolling will move the boxes while the text stays stationary, so it really messed things up. I also wasn't able to uncheck boxes in these forms.
