Rated 4 out of 5 by from "Sing up Now" for 2023 Program when available Last page does not give me a lot of confidence that my taxes are done accurately. Small errors here may mean small errors in the 'meat/heart' of the program. Hope not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A terrible money grab on so many levels. I have used turbotax in past years. So this year I bought a CD with the program on it for my computer. I paid 60 which should have gone toward the costs but the online program did not have any place to put in my license code. I got charged before, and after. I had to pay some taxes this year and they charged a fee for me to pay on my credit card. I will NEVER use this service again since going to a tax service will be cheaper and much less upsetting. And I will surely share my review on as many outlets as I can find.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Federal return, not so much for IL I have been using TT Business and Premier for many, many years. My wife passed away 11 years ago & left us a family trust. We receive a K-1 and an Illinois K-1-P from a partnership in which she had ownership. I must issue K-1s and Illinois K-1-Ts for the beneficiaries of this family trust. TT Business handles the Federal returns GREAT. However, it is very lacking in its support for the Illinois returns. I don't think it has kept up with IL tax regulations, and/or there seems to be some bugs in the program. None of the support options were helpful at all. I was forced to research the issues myself at the Illinois Dept of Revenue website and override a number of entries on the Illinois tax forms. I am a very long term user and, in general, have been a very satisfied user. Over the last 2 years, and this year in particular, the Illinois Business program was not very helpful for my Illinois returns.

I like the connection with previous filings, downloads from previous, direct connection to and downloads from investment institutions, display of trends and ease of filing...Still problems with K-1's, but more a with the requirement itself! TT has made a big improvement in inputting K-1 info in recent past. Biggest frustration is getting "real person" help!
