Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS EASY!! TURBO TAX MAKES IS EASY TO DO YOUR OWN RETURN, EVEN IF YOU HAVE RENTAL PROPERTY. IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND A TOPIC, THEY HAVE SIMPLE ANSWERS. IF YOU NEED HELP OR WANT THEM TO REVIEW YOUR RETURN, THEY ARE THERE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of Use TurboTax really does make taxes easy. My one complaint is that when told you are about to file your state and federal taxes, you don't realize that it costs $59 for EACH not for both, and that is withheld until the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True Peace of Mind! What would I do without them?? My experience with TurboTax has been a splendid one! My Tax assistant Paul and Tax Expert Sabrina are the best people I've worked with so far. They both eased my worries and Sabrina especially made sense of a lot of the tax rules and regulations even a simple-minded guy such as myself could understand. She gave me tips on how to manage my returns better as well as what to talk to my employers about when it came to witheld taxes. I hope to work with her again in the future but if not, I know that I'm in good hands with turbotax, the price is totally worth it if you can afford it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Experience I enjoy using turbotax as it is straight forward and provides a lot of good resources to properly pay my taxes. Had a questions why different expenses or documents were required and the literature is detailed enough to give insight. I like how I can go back as much as I need, in case I forget to include an item from a previous section. I then can hop back to where I was without having to refill all the information up to that point. Been using them for 5 years and will continue to do so.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Mostly very good Have used TT for over 12 years. Has always been great and mostly accurate. However, this year I had a complex return due to sale of rental property in another state. TT would generated 1 Form GL to apply other state taxes against home state. BUT TT didnot inform me to file 2 Form GL - one for me and one for my spouse. Only after through search did I find this. Was able to manually force a second Form GL, BUT TT should have informed me. Rather disappointed.
