My gripe is that I purchased turbo Tax from Costco and when I went to check out it said my code was invalid. I spent a great deal of time on the phone with someone who didn't understand me and I couldn't understand her.And the issue is still not resolved. I believe I had more than one log-in and that was the problem, but she seemed to be operating from a script and when I tried to explain that to her she couldn't deal with it. She was eager to be done with me. I still need to do battle to get $119 back from Turbo Tax. Not looking forward to it. Otherwise the product is great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slightly better than Ticketmaster TurboTax shouldn't exist. Filing taxes electronically should be automatic like other countries. TurboTax also uses dark patterns in UX design to try and get you to opt into their tracking or select higher cost items.
