Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience I really enjoyed filing my taxes with Turbo. The process was very smooth and it took me a few hours from start to finish. No advanced knowledge of finance is required. Anyone can file using Turbo just because their instructions are so straightforward!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was difficult this year (and last)... For the 2nd year in a row, TurboTax failed to pick up that most of my income was exempt under Louisiana law... It happened last year and I was audited by LA... It happened again this year, and it showed I owed almost triple what I got back last year, even though i made less than $5000 more... However, one of your reps fixed it...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost makes doing taxes enjoyable! For years, I've used Turbo Tax and I don't see myself going anywhere else. The ease of use is remarkable. While it's mainly intended to help file taxes, I've found it gives me a good education on recent tax laws and rules that I might find too tedious and boring to follow. However, I'd like to see them better improved the clarification and info on SC state tax rules.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The federal forms are OK. State of AZ not. Last year, the AZ program was unable to be used. I could not get it to accept the code for the Leman Academy even though I used the subroutine to get the code from turbotax. I was still charged for it, but had to submit a Form 140 by hand. Is there ahy chance I could be refunded?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could have been more user friendly I thought the process was far less helpful this year than previous years. On top of that i have filed through turbo tax the last two years and they still did not have my tax information from last year. Also 64 dollars per state is outrageous if im the one having to do all of the work. Most tax accountants i know of only charge 50 dollars and they do all the work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy to use great, but i have old forms attached that dont show up in federal but do show up on state - tt says go back to fed to delete forms , but there is absolutely no way to accomplish that as far as i can see....very frustrting!!!
