Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can NEVER transfer information from prior year I use Turbo Tax to file taxes for many years and TurboTax can NEVER transfer information from prior tax year to current tax year. TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but somewhat pushy I've used TurboTax for a few years and overall like it, but it seems like it's gotten more pushy trying to get me to pay for extra (ie EasyPay, and asking to add Max when I had already selected no). Frustrating because by the time you get to the end of everything it's easy to just click through things at the end. I do like the live help, used them a few times and every time my issue has gotten resolved and the individuals are knowledgeable and polite. Hold times aren't too bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Note About My Experience with Turbo Tax I have completed my income tax reports for 10 years using Turbo Tax, and this report for 2022 was the most difficult, but it got easier as I went along. Having a tax expert to help me through the process was a lifesaver. I am happy to have had Turbo Tax for my tax filing preparation this year.
