Rated 2 out of 5 by from ok it was great for many years then when i checked with the irs on 2019 & 2020 refunds i was told the refunds had been sent to turbo tax but i have NOT heard or received our refunds anything from turbo tax so i will do my taxes with them this year but they screw up and keep our refunds again this year i believe there are tax laws that we will be checking into

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I had trouble delete all the extra charges I tried to use the simple FREE tax form and it wouldnt let me because it kept saying that I was being granted a $65 refund , for not doing any savings account, so turbo tax was going to upgrade me to the $118 dollar version ( including federal and state taxes). I tried to get around this but it wouldnt let me. Also, turbo tax made it very difficult to not aquire new fews. You offered services , not explaining there was a charge till checkout. This procedure took me over 1 1/2 hours, due to me having to continually, go back to redue my return.
