Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so expensive now.. it’s so sad 😚 I’ve used turbo tax for years and never mind paying that $49 but $119 plus all those extra fees is kind of sad!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Most Confusing Its Ever Been, What Gives? There were many sections that did not pertain to me. Sections I've never seen in previous years. While I recognize tax laws change from year to year, it would be nice if the program would remove irrelevant sections once it recognizes the filers circumstance. ALSO I tried e-filing three times, and the system apparently didn't recognize some data. This was the stage after I had paid for the state filings. Just grateful the program recognized I had paid. I was worried I had been double charged. Thankfully, I'm not grappling with that. Simply please. And program a way to delete sections that don't apply somehow. Thanks for asking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Taxes keep getting rejected My taxes got rejected 2 times by the IRS and I paid 100.00 for what? Each time it checked for mistakes and found nothing. The platform couldn’t even take me to the location where my taxes were rejected. TurboTax service has gone down hill! Price has gone up too. For years I have used Turbo Tax. This will be my last!

Additionally, fees are constantly being charged throughout the process after you have already taken the time to enter all of your information. You should know up front what the total cost of filing using turbo tax will be so you can make an informed decision. Constantly adding on additional charges throughout the process is a scam.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from All good things must come to an end! i've been a TurboTaxer since day one of my business and it's been great until this year. 1. all my business 1099's didn't get saved from last year onto my business. It split my business information into 2 profiles, 1 with my 1099's and the other with the business info. 2. after declining the "Max" it offered (tried to force) it to me. It made me repeat certain steps at the end when i was trying to finalize and file the returns. Just wasting my time. I have a wife, kids, a business and don't appreciate something being rammed down my throat after i declined it. 3. When it checked for errors it found some items that needed correction. But, it's in a different format that doesn't help or explain anything, why wasn't this asked during the inputing phase? 4. COVID is over, why are the reps still at home? When i asked for help all i could hear was the Turbotax reps kids and a conversation that she was having with her husband/partner. I felt that i didn't have the full attention of the rep and i politely told her i was ok and didn't need the help. But i did need the help. 5. When you log off it doesn't save your spot that you were working on. The system makes you start from 2 to 5 steps back. Just alot of wasted time for me. I have better things to do with my life than taxes, and you guys drag it out which makes it worse.
