Rated 3 out of 5 by from good, not great the user interface is mostly OK, but nag notices for buying extra services is annoying; when trying to review/edit some entries, getting to the document I want to review is cumbersome, requiring a lot of clicks. looking at specific forms is impossible, and that is really a pain, so much so that I will consider other online services in future

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Done And Pretty Easy There was a lack of clarity with box 14. "NY PFL" there was no clear choice when the return does not list the correct option. I had to research on the Turbo Tax website, and it still was not clear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from charged me $130 for Sched C should be free Turbo Tax Intuit charges money for what they say should be free. simple return sched c standard deductions qualifies for free but I couldn't complete my return without paying $130. I will research later if there is a class action lawsuit for deception practices ugh.

But I got stuck and sought help from one of the available experts Kandi. Stumped her too for a minute, but she figured it out and helped me through it. Thank you
