Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good Everything went well until I contacted TurboTax. I waited 14 minutes in the chat, and nobody ever responded. Then I had another question and chose to call; it was worse, the person who answered was hard to understand, the static was horrible, and she refused to tell me where she was answering from. To ask tax questions, you need to have someone on the other line that you can understand and someone who gives you confidence, by refusing to say where she was answering from didn't give me a sense of trust. In addition, the communication sounded so weak, as if it was from outside the United States. Not good customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was good but Every thing was easy and good but when getting to the pay page it gave me a different total refund that it show for my refund. After contacting CS, we figured it was the Fed + 1 ST - 1 ST. Wish I could have gotten the detail before having to contact CS

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and complete. It was easy to use and did a complete job on both my federal and state taxes. I do have fairly straight forward returns, but Turbotax does a great job of walking me through the steps, electronically filing the returns and giving me pdf copies for review. I can't say I relish doing taxes, but this makes it as painless as possible.

I like that it is easy to use and questions can by answered when needed. I don't like the rates keep increasing year after year. Deductions have mostly become standard and I don't spend weeks adding up all my deductions, yet their fees are on the rise.
