You are only able to adjust the one item they are asking for on that form. Sometimes even after going back to the beginning and deleting an entry and re-entering the system may still have the old incorrect data.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
