Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same problems every year I use TurboTax as a creature of habit -- but not because I love the software. There is a new curveball every year for users, and the regular updates that push and impact my ability to use the software are annoying at best. Lots of hidden fees and expect your data to be sold widely. Not the software it once was and expect I'll be building up new habits elsewhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trust Tax Filing Experience The TurboTax Business tool was a bit more of a channenge than using the personal income tax tool. I was also disappointed that my state filing was not available in the tool despite advertizing that this tool covers both federal and state filings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This version was very confusng for me This years experience was not favorable, I bought a program from the store for a $100, last year and all I had to do is enter the code on the back of the card and I was good to go no problems. This year they couldn't veriify my information, and I had to go through an answering group to get my information verified and then I was charges another $200 to file and took me several hours to complete. NOT HAPPY NOT HAPPY

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nightmarish Infinite Loop Problems Ironically, the old CD-based app was a tour de force of terrific programming. Loved it. By definition, any web-based app has to be more linear in action and this can lead to frustrating loops. I have a state pension that is exempted from state tax. TT wouldn't let me e-file the return and I could not get out of the loop in order to file-by-mail. There were several other unclear points in the app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST IN CLASS!!! There are other tax software programs available that cost less, but Turbo Tax is the absolute BEST tax program available. I've used TT for over 20 years and I've never had an issue.
