However for the second year in a row I experienced situation where I am asked to fill out W-2 info twice just to be told that, oops, looks like there is a W-2 duplicate. Same goes for Child Care provider info. Initially providers' info was imported from last year's return but then in the review portion I was asked to fill it out again. In the state return portion, I was told I didn't qualify for the child care tax credit yet I couldn't complete e-filing until I provided info related to child care providers. Details like that really make the experience very frustrating.
