Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Crypto the last agent that worked with me was great, very polite and stuck with me even during frustrating times. TurboTax on the other hand with crypto FAQ, Assistance, and Guides on formatting and required information was sub par at best. I won't ever use TurboTax again after this, if you say you can import csv transactions then make sure it is showing correctly.

I later learned that a local CPA will do everything for less than $200. I'm going with her next year. All I have to do is drop everything off and then pick it when it's done.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LOVE TurboTAX (just not this year) I love TurboTax. I've been using it for 15 years. Never had any issues until this year. Even the service tech/rep was stumped. As it is, I have to PAY to file my one free state tax return, even though TurboTax says I get to file one state return for free. Is spending the money going to hurt me . . . No, of course not. However, the principle behind it is I'm paying 2X for something. Not cool TurboTax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes tax prep easy My tax expert Sharonda is delightful and really knows what she is doing. She helped me with a few confusing areas and fixed an error that I had made. She also explained my taxes and helped me to plan better for next year. She is fantastic!
