Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time TurboTax Customer A+++ First time user of TurboTax and it was super simple and easy to use. Any questions were answered with their "Help" popup boxes. Making payment for my state taxes was simple and easy to do. This was the most comfortable and stress free I've every been while doing my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but way over priced I like Turbo tax, it is convenient. I do not like the constant upsell or the high fees charged. But what really chaps my hide is the hidden fees on everything... like the sneaky 40 dollar fee for using my return to pay for turbotax. Shame on you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gets harder to use every year. It took me three tries to get my Federal taxes accepted this year. That's a first. Each time the program told me that there were no errors. To finally fix it, I had to manually go into a form and change a few things that should have been updated automatically but weren't. You can see a nice example of the care they took looking for errors towards the end when it asks you to click on the "Sing up now" button. I guess if autocorrect says it's okay then everything's fine.
