Rated 4 out of 5 by from overall is good when I run turbotax 2022, it need I type all the information, it did not find from my computer to look the prior year record which in the same computer. so It is not easy to compare with last year tax numbers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Easy, and Painless I was recommended by a work colleague but didn't know what to expect and figured it would be a real hassle. Turns out it was very easy to navigate and I was surprised by all of the ways to submit my information and verify my ID.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the Best!!! I love using TurboTax because it is so convenient. Very easy to understand and it guides you the entire time. Every help section is very easy to understand and answers all my questions. I will always use TurboTax if I am able to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficulty with Schedule H Form Turbo Tax was fairly easy to use, other than the difficulty when it came to our Schedule H form. I researched, and this seemed to be a common issue. Nowhere to place our line 26 from our Schedule H forms and TT seemed to have the algorithm wrong initially for calculation. So it initially kicked our taxes back to us, stating we had to wait until after 4/7 for the software update to file. But even after the update, it was still reading as an error. I spoke with 2 separate reps over chat and finally was able to resolve the issue, but it was a few hours of chatting with them. The first person I was connected to was a product salesperson and after an hour of chatting, told me she didn't know the details of the taxes, but only knew about products. Im not sure why I was connected to her in the first place. Eventually, I was connected to someone who was great, and able to really help me. Other than this time consuming issue, it was fairly straightforward and easy to efile.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product good, but it is always trying to trick you The product is good, but it is always trying to trick you into spending more money on them. Either by promoting an upgrade that you don't need, or by hiding costs of paying with the returned money or as many ways as possible. It is a very sneaky product and I would definitely not use it if I had another alternative. I hate when people just try to trick you into spending for something you don't need.
