Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Terrible. My experience with turbo tax for 6 years has never been to great. This year they really upset me with how I paid out of pocket to file and had no option to remove any upgrades. They don’t make it easy. My last years filing with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Getting Worse and Charging More Outside of the cost of the service (Premier) being $25 more dollars compared to what I clicked on through TurboTax's website (I ended up paying $99 even though the link on the website was promoting $75 - that didn't even include the absurd state filing charge), filing was more cumbersome than usual. P.S. Don't sell any personal items that you may need to get a 1099-K for because you have to itemize it through what looks like a 1099-B form and TurboTax provides ZERO help on how to do that (their search/help function doesn't answer a single question regarding how to properly do this - you'll just end up watching multiple tax filing YouTube videos until you find the right one, which is totally worth the $99 /s). I will most definitely be using another service next year.
