Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - was NOT helpful I will NOT this again Very Frustrating -- At the end I could not e-file the program over and over again said Fix the Federal Return I clicked on the information made sure it was correct. Turbo tax NEVER told me what was wrong or what the error was with my Federal Return. After going through the Fix the Federal Return process 5 or 6 time I finally gave up and did the File By Mail option.

They were very knowledgable, friendly, and patient when we had questions and had to resolve an entry before completing our return. I strongly recommend going with TurboTax software when doing Tax self-preparation because of the ease of preparing and the availability of the specialists when help is needed. Glad hubby suggested switching to TurboTax. We will continue using TurboTax from now on!! Live support is worth the extra money. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nickle and dimed This is a total racket. You are forced to use 119 dollar premium service then you have to pay extra for premium benefits? half of this stuff used to be free. I used to love Turbo Tax because it was a cheap and easy alternative to using a tax person. Now Turbo tax nickles and dimes for every little service. I should have to pay to have the charges deducted from the return. I will be looking for alternatives to TurboEXTRATax next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use I've been using turbotax since I could start filing my taxes, and as soon as I get my return I immediately file, because of how easy turbotax is, instead of going to a tax specialist. The live support does wonders, and gives you expert advice whether you are W-2 or 1099. This year I was dreading, since I had to do a w-2 and 1099, but it surprisingly was still very easy, took a little long to precisely add the expense but still pretty simple to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with Turbo Tax I'm exhausted so this will be short. It helps tremendously that Turbo Tax puts all your prior year's info in automatically. I've been doing this for 5 years and I'll be back next year.
