Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged before my order was complete I finalized my return and paid for the service but my return went from receiving money to owing thousands. I spent over 3 hours with customer service who did not help whatsoever. I will NEVER use this service again. No wonder there was a class action lawsuit.
