Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Recommend Mary Lou Mary Lou was extremely helpful and efficient in processing a return that was more complicated than expected, due to my Company's payroll department and moving within the US. I absolutely recommend her to anyone, both for technical expertise and interpersonal behavior. She was always very kind, helpful and responsive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worse than the online version for normal use I know there are functions not available in the online version, but everything else is worse. The ui is tiny, and difficult to click into. Jumping around sections is more difficult. The suggestions are far less intuitive than the online version. On top of that, despite all of the data checking, it waited until the very last screen to tell me that a box on my primary W2 was filled incorrectly. That data came from a TurboTax import.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so easy to use this year. Very FRUSTRATING. Needed access to the 2021 return to see where the error was for e filing, and this years version won't do it. Had to paper file and paid $25 fee for nothing.
