Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY POOR EXPERIENCE There was TOO MANY up sale adds. The software was chunky and NOT User friendly. I don't feel comfortable with the tax filing. I have used Turbo tax for many years (I am an Accountant) and the animation screens are not needed. I was not able to load my last year turbo tax to reduce the manual entry. I was not able to walk through the tax forms like normal. The TurboTax software did not ask for all my info to see if standard or itemized deduction would be better. I had to go back and force the system to let me enter all of my info. I called customer support on a technical issue and was on hold for 45 minutes then the system hung up on me,,, the question was never answered - so much for being there 24/7. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. Finally the 'file federal Taxes for free' promise (oh yeah we meant $59 free to use our software then an additional charge to file State) is very misleading. I will not be using Turbo tax to file my two daughter's taxes and I will not be using TurboTax next Year. I am checking the Conditions", but by this statement I am not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Sucks I'm very unhappy with the upcharge. I paid nearly $200 to Turbotax when my tax return was only $33, complete trash. I didn't have an agent or anyone help me, I did it on my own. So I'm confused as to why I had to pay nearly $200 dollars.
