Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was quite problematic and frustrating !! Problems began from the very beginning. Tech Support was clueless until I was connected with Jan from Baton Rouge, LA. Jan was Patient, Polite and Knowledgeable!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everythig works great except the state filing Can't believe the state efile is $25. This used to be one state free. When I logged into my account to make the payment of $25 to file, the popup window for the purchase was under the Turbotax window and would not come forward. I tried alt tab, and other settings. The continue button was down below the bottom of my laptop screen. I had to set my computer resolution to 75% and tried three times to file. I had to reboot my computer because not even task manager would allow me to end the pop-under window that was not available. This was SO maddening. Please fix this. Same thing happened last year

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was a breeze overall! This was my first time using TurboTax, and it was largely a breeze. The RaceMode was accurate in terms of how long it took me to complete. It was estimated at roughly 3hrs total, and I finished in 2hr42min. My only complaint was that I followed a discount offer email for 20% off that TurboTax themselves sent me, and it did not apply at checkout. I hope to work with a representative to still get this discount applied. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Might as well take the whole refund w/ your 'fees' So tired of paying half the dang refund towards just filing the stupid forms. And this was the cheapest option, how is there not an entirely free way of submitting REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
