Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistently Effective Tax Software I have been using TurboTax since I was about 18 years old. No complaints at that time, and I have none now. TurboTax is a thorough product that helps me delve into many possible tax situations that I could encounter, and because of that, I feel confident every time I file my taxes. Plus, the guarantee they offer is hard to beat. Hope I will never need it, but it is reassuring to know it's available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It makes the process so easy! I used to find filing taxes very tedious and time-consuming, but a lot of the work was done for me when I used Turbo Tax Premium. A lot of my paperwork could easily be taken from my online accounts or uploaded from my computer and entered. It was painless!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is slow. TT is very slow every time on start up. CD did not load successfully for the second year in a row. Might be time to switch vendors. T and C is longer than startup!
