Rated 1 out of 5 by from It would not allow me to file electronically I was disappointed this year. It would not let me sign on to my intuit account nor would it let me file electronically. When I called the help line it was useless. all it gave me was an email that was not helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome Except for Fees I love Turbo Tax but do NOT love that I pay 119.00 for premium 59.00 for State and then another 39.00 fee to do online?? What is up with that?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great platform but too expensive I have been filing with TurboTax for probably 10 years now. It does offer a comprehensive platform that is fairly simple to use. However, it is far to expensive. I will now be looking for other options after paying 160$ to file this year!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from IRS Form 1310 I believe TurboTax forced me to improperly file a deceased persons tax return because the program did not properly handle Form 1310. First it told me to separately file 1310 with the IRS which I did then after doing so it forced me to file 1310 electronically with the tax return and forced me to improperly check boxes that I knew were incorrect. But TurboTax wouldn't file the return unless I checked these boxes. I encourage you to review this process you have developed for form 1310 and fix it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rating Feedback Overall the product is good and well thought out, but there are too many solicitations and this is especially annoying with the addition of Credit Karma. Not very fond of all this info and channeling that you are doing when you are trying to finish the return.
