Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not easy Things I had put in disappeared. And It's much more expensive online than the desktop, but the desktop wouldn't work on my Mac even with latest iOS. State cost is not disclosed until payment section. I used to think it was a breeze -- but the last two years, using the online because I switched to a Mac, have been frustrating, confusing and a nightmare.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great resource with some speedbumps/ Stoppage happened with no way out it seemed. But there was but TT should do a better guide to those break points. TT should offer us a look at ouir previous years return so we do not have to go hunting for it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great till your taxes are rejected. Everything is great and easy step by step but when your taxes get rejected it not always easy to correct the problem. I've been going on for two days trying to correct a problem that is still rejected

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo verification is bugged. Verification of my email was a pain. This was due to Intuit verification process. Before the Last step "3" on turbo tax you need to verify your email. If you do this with the pop up it will not send you a email. I selected "didn't get email" and still nothing. I had to go to my Intuit account page and verify that way. Turbo tax pop up verification doesn't work. Just link it to Intuit account page instead. Or have that information on the help page/bot.
