Taxes are challenging as it is but this program does give you confidence and helps you to corredt/edit so the filing process goes easier. The fee's have jumped up quite a bit from previous years, as everything did. That's the only complaint. Thank you

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to get support I had multiple issues with the platform and it was nearly impossible to get somebody to assist without being charged 90 dollars for live 'tax help' even though the issue wasnt related to tax help but the platform.
