Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Overall but One Suggestion This is my 3rd year using Turbotax and it continues to be intuitive and navigable for easy use. One frustrating thing that I noticed (and was assisted with but Tomeka - I apologized if I misspelled your name, going based off memory. Thank you again) is that during the process for reporting cryptocurrency, misidentified transactions that were classified as withdrawals could not be changed to transfers (which they truly were in this case). I ended up erasing the information I previously imported (directly from various crypto exchanges and wallets) and instead consolidated my crypto transactions using ZenLedger and uploaded their 8949 gains/losses form. This proved to be less confusing as it provided the exact information needed, yielding less risk of misclassification of transactions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier 2023-Comments In general the product is very functional but expensive. The only problem that I experienced was with the Schedule K-1 (form 1065) and associated worksheets. I wanted to change (un-check) check box selections on one of the sheets and could not do it. The only fix was to delete the entire K-1 and start over from scratch. This prevented the data from prior year (2021) being imported. A real pain.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as sucky as last year, but not good I resent Intuit's effort to sell me stuff while I'm filling out my return, and that they want to rip me once more for e-filing the State, and that they try to get me to pay for the State filing with clever wording ... and other stuff.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why wait to end a good thing The program worked good as ever and at the end, I realize why I mail in my returns. The added cost always throw me for a loop. I don't remember seeing the additional cost for electronic filing until I get to the end. We can do better.
