Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much for kids to pay I think that the charge was too high. I paid $178 for my taxes and made $1000 this year. The woman gave me a discount code but it didn't work and the company refused to honor the code because I hit the pay button (thinking the discount was taken off)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax cannot submit state business return TurboTax for Business is unable to submit my company's Virginia State 502PTET Tax Return. It can only be efiled. Virginia will not accept a paper return. TurboTax says the return is "ineligible" for efiling. To add insult to injury, if I try to print for filing, it tells me that is invalid since Virginia only accepts efile. I've elevated the issue to 2nd tier technical support, and they were unable to solve the problem. They basically said that they agreed there was a problem but they had no plans to fix it and I should use a competing software product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from totally sucks cant use the free edition if you have a 1099G (Unemployment) instead of a 88.00 dollar refund in to a 125.00 dollar loss have been a 8 year custommer will be calling the state AG and my local rep

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great, but there's always improvements TurboTax is easy to use, asks the right questions, and I've been using it for 18ish years! I've lived at 15 different addresses in 4 different states, and I will always use TurboTax. However, I had lots of issues importing transactions for my business through Square, and the only solution I could find (with the help of TurboTax customer service) was to delete my entire return and start over. It was an unfortunate set back, but I managed through it. The other issue I had was that my transactions that were imported from my bank were miscategorized, which caused me to go through each transaction (over 2000) individually, which was quite burdensome. Overall, I feel like my taxes were filed correctly, although it took about 14 hours to complete.
