Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Glitches with some clicks/forms. Very good, especially since federal and state income taxes are way too complicated! I ran into a glitch with form 8915 popping up when not needed, but phone support was very helpful and able to fix the issue!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax issues this year I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. This year was difficult due to: 2. I couldn't upload W2s. The program stated it could upload PDF or pictures of the W2 but it didn't work after multiple tries. I had to enter all the information manually. 3. There was an error message when attempting to file the Arizona state taxes that the job title had too many characters. I shortened it in the federal form and went through the process for that to upload to the state form. After several (more than 5) tries it still gave an error message when attempting to efile. I shortened the title again and it finally went through although I'm concerned it may be rejected. The transfer from the federal forms to the state forms wasn't working properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just What the TAX Doctor Ordered!! This filing was very easy! It was like "Filing Your Tax Return for Dummies!" The only COMPLAINT I HAD was it was advertised as FREE TAX RETURNS and we ended up paying more than $200.00!!!!! I'm REALLY Ticked Off about that! Our AGI was less than 1K. I'm 80 and my husband is 76! with only SS income, we think it should be a minimal fee if that! We're gonna have to borrow money to survive until the end of this month!! :-(

Minimal 5 minute wait and clear/pleasant conversation with Tammy and Kathy. Both issues resolved, real-time.
