Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as easy as it used to be I found this year's version harder to navigate than before. In addition I had the experience of a form that the system wanted me to fill out where there was no real explanation of it and no clear instructions how to proceed. I feel like the constant pushes to get the MAX version go hand in hand with this. I've been using TurboTax for many years, but I don't know if I will next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes Filing Taxes Easy!! I dread filing my taxes every single year, But Turbo Tax makes it easy and puts all the information into normal basic english that everyone can understand. I also like the fact that Turbo Tax can easily and securely store all my tax info to make filing with them easier the next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from rejected return confusing difficult to fix my issue with a rejected return. I need to submit a Pin from the IRS but the tax program is so confusing and doesnt tell me where to put it. Im sure the return will be rejected again because Im confuse working on the intuit stuff. i probably wont use it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great service! The agents are extremely helpful. The service is so much more cheaper than going with an independent consultant. If you are IT savvy, this is the way to go. Olufunso has been a great help to me especially since mine was a bit complicated. His patience and knowledge was very valuable. I will be requesting his services again next year. What more can you ask for!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not have a good experience I have used turbotax for many years, this year I decided to use the expert file my tax option. It was a BIG mistake. I was assigned to a tax professional and uploaded the required documents, I got a message on a Friday that there was correspondence from turbo tax. I had a family emergency and could not check the message until Sunday evening. When I logged on, all my stuff had disappeared. I was in a state of panic since it was the weekend prior to the tax deadline. I called turbotax and after an extensive wait, about 1.5 hours I spoke to a customer associate who tried to help but told me I would need to call back Monday since Tax associates were not available. I got a hold of someone early Monday morning and was told that I would have to file an extension! I was so upset, I have never had to do that in the past. She could not tell me what happened to my taxes. I would love to give feed back to someone verbally.
