Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why the Fees? I had a simple tax return. I made sure to check if I qualified before filling, and I do. I understand there is no guarantee for the free filing, however my brother claims to have don't his here for free earlier today. I had figured I'd be able to. Although where he said he clicked didn't pop of for me, I figured since the learn more of the cheaper option said it was a possibility if I qualified I start there. I filled everything out, and it was very easy and straight forward. There ended up being three fees, one of which I got get out of. However, I am very confused and frustrated as to fact I has to pay $121.25 in the end. It's not personal information if you're forcing any and everyone to pay that in the end. I have to clue how my brother apparently was able to do that today, and I would like a full refund.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FRUSTERATED & Going back to my tax professional 30+ years of filing taxes and this was the first time we have been eligible to file without our business so we thought we would save $ money doing it ourselves. Unfortunately, there was nothing simple about it. Even the explanations are in accountant speak most of the time requiring me to Google the meanings myself. And several of the items had no explanation at all. Unfortunately, we purchased 2 years worth at the same time so we have to do it all again now. We will be spending a little bit more and going to an actual tax professional from now on! Additionally, the Audit protection we tried to purchase said its unavailable (which was the main reason for choosing TurboTax over the others) so now that was a waste of our time and money.

YOUR APP LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SO I COULDN'T LOG IN SO I HAD TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT LAST YEAR AND NOW I'M NOT EVEN IN YOUR SYSTEM AT ALL. SO THIS WILL BE THE LAST YEAR I USE TURBOTAX
