Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Helpful! Mersiha was able to help me finish my returns and fix an issue I had stopping me from e-filing. Thanks to her we fixed the issue and I sent in my returns on time! I wouldn't have gotten it done without her help, thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Consistent I never thought I could do my own taxes! 4 years in a row and it has been a wild ride...With covid, new careers and different living situations - turbo tax has overall been good to me. The only caveat were the relentless ads for upgrades, especially when doing it for small business...At the end of the day, turbo tax has got my back and it's been great. Thanks!

Easy to use! has nice examples at times! would be great if the search function could pull up mock forms and indicate where in the filing process they might be required if at all (like ex: oh you have this form? hold on to it we will ask about that later thanks")

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crazy thing - apply refund to next year elusive The check box to apply refund to next years taxes has not been accessible to me through step by step or forms. So irritating to be stopped at the end! Its deductible and rental property worked fine. Flags helped when needed more info for an area and wanted to move on.
