Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way better than other options! I tried using another service other than TurboTax, and it not only tried to charge me for something simple, but it was saying I owed money when I didn't. Went to TurboTax and didn't have to pay a cent to anyone. Very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Out of time I waited to the last min. to complete my taxes this year. I found out the hard way that my computer would not support the application this year and I had to go online to complete my taxes. This was better than the application.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was great until I needed to upgrade Product was fine and have always been able to file for free but now I have a employer retirment account and I have to pay 60 dollars to include that now, great.... Will be looking for new service next tax season. Unfair pricing and nice option that it allows to pay fee from tax return but 39 bucks as a fee. might as well buy the product twice, that price is too steep for a normal consumer.

This was advertised as free and I know I don't have complications to require a paid version, but I was not able to proceed without paying for multiple upgrades.
