Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is cumbersome I have been using turbo tax for many years. each year I run into an issue that I cannot resolve on my own. When I call for an agent the wait time is super bothersome. I tried Live agent twice, both time I have regretted doing that. I haven't switched to a new vendor only because I fear they may be worse and also I don't want to lose track my existing date from past years. So I continue with turbo tax, and each time I wonder if I should switch.

Even now that we have some more complicated issues to tackle, it's easy with TurboTax. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help. I also use it to help others do their taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2022 turbotax has many glitches having to review each stock transaction is ridiculous. I have used turbo for the last seven years and I am fairly sure I will never use it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Torbotax return rejected For both 31 and22 my Turbotax federal return was rejected and I could not fix it . . . . had to mail them. The IRS said they could not identify me with my PIN or by my AGI from the previous year although I triple checked them.. There was NO help from Turbotax to get this fixed, I guess I spend $55 just for the forms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo TX IS GREAT EXCEPT ON AMENDED STATE RETURNS THIS YEAR I HAD TO FILE AN AMENDED STATE RETURN AND TURBO TAX WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME TO THE POINT TO FILE ELECTRONICALLY, I WAS ABLE TO FILE THE FEDERAL AMENDED RETURN, BUT THE PROGRAM DID NOT ALLOW ME TO FILE THE AMENDED STATE RETURN. HAD TO FILE THE AMENDED STATE RETURN BY MAIL - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

TurboTax assists me with getting maximum deductions. I feel confident that my returns are accurate. TurboTax is also user friendly, and it takes no time at all to get your tax return filed. I have been using TurboTax for well over 10 years and will continue to use it to file my tax returns.
