Rated 5 out of 5 by from As easy as taxes can get I've used Turbo Tax for the second year in a row. Taxes are never simple, but at least TurboTax makes them easy. The program definitely found money I wouldn't have had I filed hard copies on my own. More than made up for the cost, and then some, and then some. Being able to pay to add my state refund is a huge plus as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Sucks More Money From Me Each Year TurboTax has made itself into a necessary evil. I hate that I use it but the confusion of the US tax system and the fear that I may make a mistake on my return keeps me coming back. This year they charged the same fee for less, putting their LIVE help line behind a pay wall. I'm so excited for the day I can be rid of you, INTUIT.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as satisfied this time around While it's always relatively easy to use and does what you ask it to do quickly, the price has gone up significantly since I last used it, so that was an unwelcome surprise. And it kept wanting me to add MAX, asked me several times. Isn't 200 of my dollars already enough? Going back again and again over and over to the same page and not making clear what needed to be fixed, helpful hints not as helpful anymore and wouldn't being me where I needed to go. Looks like I'll just file by hand again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Parts of turbo tax is frustrating! Several changes were made that made it more difficult to get info from my financial accounts into turbo tax. Also, the “I’m not a robot” thing was not working and kept circling. I had to talk to an expert who was able to help me get it to finally work!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Printing draft for review and then updating info Why make it so hard to print a draft of return to review without going to MAIL tax return process and then hide how to update (not amend) a return by hiding behind "add a state" button to get back to where I just wanted to change how to file from MAIL to email?
