Rated 4 out of 5 by from Confusing at exit Turbo tax let me get all the way to paying but would not let me leave with empty 1099-R info for accounts i held last year but did not hold in 2022 tax year. I think it should have forced me to delete the extra empty accounts or ignored them and let me pay my bills and exit the application.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from optical reader misread my w2 Your optical reader misread my w2 and as a result, my returns were rejected today, so I had to scramble to figure out what went wrong and fix it. Although your UI provides a semi-easy way to fix (you need more appropriate instructions and to skip all the other stuff that follows), it's very aggravating to find out that the 8 was read as a 3.
