This year it failed to pull prior year information forward. This cost me 6 hours to trouble shoot and ultimately input manually with help of your consultant.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Most likely the last year I'll use this program This years experience was pretty terrible. We completed our taxes fairly easily, however our documents were rejected 7 times. There was an Affordable Care Act form 1095-A that was being requested, yet our situation was not applicable. After assistance from 2 live support people (which was stellar and what I consider to be a white glove service was lovely). Yet even they were unable to help us correct the rejection issue. Eventually we just submitted our taxes with a dummy form. After digging into more support forums on the Turbo Tax website I found a section that directed us to submit an erroneous form. We could have saved a lot of time and frustration if this type of information was presented to the user & the support staff. So now I'm hoping we don't get pulled into some time consuming audit . After voicing frustrations to friends, we also discovered that we're paying more than they are , and they send their taxes to someone to do. So this will be my last year of taking on this stress and paying more for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Assistant The product is very good and I was happy I was about to transmit the returns but, at the last minute, I was informed that my return contained an error. Perhaps there could be a way of learning errors before the final stages.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not awesome This is my last year using Turbo Tax as I have had problems filing every year, and this year I found out why. I always seem to get in some sort of loop - everything is filled out, but I keep getting sent back to the same webpages. This year, I decided to spend the irritating $100 to actually file them electronically this year, as several times in the past I have had to print them and send them due to not being able to complete them due to the loop issue. However, the person I chatted with concluded it was a "glitch in the system" and there was nothing she could do about it. Wonderful. And very helpful.
