Some of your time-honored deficiencies still exist: 1) can't print individual pages; 2) Very difficult to get answers to complex questions or reach a credible tax expert; 3) search platform is limited and unsophisticated; 4) every time the CD pops out, I have to restart the program which insists I download updates already downloaded... ugh!

I went along the form very slow, since it was my first time using the program. I am 98% confident that I did not miss any deductions.
