Rated 5 out of 5 by from It took 6 hours but TurboTax was there all the way They never gave up on me.... it was like they were holding my hand through the entire process. This is my 6th year to be using TurboTax and they have never let me down

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not too shabby There are some things I believe you cold provide more detail for, but otherwise, extremely easy and mostly reasonably priced. Way better than H&R Block, that's for sure ;-)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax. Not what it use to be! Feel like they've now made it easier to get money from you. For instance, they tell you you can pay your taxes with your credit card, yet do not mention the 2.49% fee for using the service. In fact, it's not until the next page UNDER submit that it tells you about this fee. Under the submit button. Thankfully, I slowed down after paying for whatever the $150 service I paid for and saw that before hitting submit. So after forking over $150 for a service I didn't know I chose (or wanted, doesn't look any different than the previous version, so not sure how/why it was chosen or what it does). So be careful filing your taxes to make sure you don't accidentally end up owing absurd credit card fees and whatever other "benefits" they offer.
