Rated 1 out of 5 by from To many sales pitches and trickery The first option, even before getting started was some offer that made it seem like I had choose it because there was no link to decline. It was called " Limit offers you receive to only what you need" which was opposite of what happened. I was asked three times if I want the bonus offer with guidance. Stop asking!!!! All you care about is making money not about me the customer. What a joke. It wasn't like this when I filed with turbo tax in the beginning, you told me how much it would be in total at the beginning, state and federal and then at the end. The last few years you separate it so it feels like your not paying as much, and then you state when I'm done "oh ya and now we are going to charge you separate for state and federal, so the total is double" what a joke. And it just gets worse and worse. I'm going to a local tax man next time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from How many clicks does it take to e file I thought I had e filed. I clicked numerous boxes as Turbo Tax tried to sell me additional services at the end of the process. Well I missed one click and did not file on time, only noticing when my bank account had not been debited. Maybe Turbo Tax could focus on getting the filing done before selling me more services. My fault I know, but holy sales process to buy more crap. Was confusing to me.
