It's pretty easy to use, but they ask a lot of extra questions, and if you have to go back and fix anything you have to basically go back through all of these questions you've already answered. They could easily cut the prep time if they figured out how to keep this from happening. Also, they wanted/needed information updated for our side businesses but they didn't tell us which one or what they specifically needed. I went through it twice trying to figure it out (again answering questions I had already answered) but couldn't figure it out so I finally checked "Update later" so I could move on and file my taxes.

Hoever, this year, I go to pay for the fees and as of current, they have DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS SO I CAN GET A REFUND. I AM FURIOUS!!! A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
