Needed to make two calls, but both of the individuals I spoke with were knowledgeable and quickly helped me through the process.

I got through and paid for my services before I had to enter my AGI and realized I filed using another email address last year. I would have preferred to use the same account, but no way to change after I paid. Total loss of trust in TurboTax. Probably looking for another solution after being a customer for 4 years.
