Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was ok this time around...but expensive! I'm not sure why I have to pay for extra stuff that I don't want. I didn't use any of the live features and had gone through the whole thing not wanting to add any extra costs. I still ended up paying over $160 to file state and federal, and all I did was input my info. I couldn't figure out how to downgrade it. Better coupons had been available prior too, but didn't seem to work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I really like Turbo Tax but is has gotten high! I have used Turbo Tax for years with the Freedom Edition. Now they don't offer it and it has gotten really high to purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for Young People New to Taxes I have now filed my own taxes for 3 years now. This was the first where I was not heavily assisted by my mother, who is a business administrator and property owner. I bought a house in 2022 and work multiple jobs, one being an independent contractor. TurboTax has such great tips, explanations, and easy to follow guides that made an extensive process easy for a young adult still learning everything that goes into filing taxes. I am extremely happy with the service and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business for Trusts is awful Ridiculous that you need to buy TurboTax Business for a simple trust to file a 1041. Nothing is automated, cannot import brokerage accounts. State doesn't do anything, just presents a form and tells you to fill it out.
