Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a pain! Had to refile several times due to the "incorrect" AGI from 2019, but the reality is, it isn't-did taxes here last year!!! System wouldn't allow a change in filing, after cycling through system 4 times, wasting half a day, state finally was able to be printed out. SMH!! And where's customer service??!! No number, if you have no specific background in taxes, you maybe lost. Paid for a service, state/federal filings and not able to e-file state, refunds?! Nope! SMH! Have done taxes online with a program for 11 years, have the experience/background!!
