Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love ie I love turbo tax but I wished they had more free forms. Because everybody dont have a simple tax return nor do they make a lot of money. we have to pay even if we only made 21,000 to 30,000 which is NOT a lot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good until not good Using TurboTax was pretty easy and straightforward. The only downside was that when I got towards the end, I could no longer continue with the free option. They literally made me upgrade to the deluxe and pay about $80 for that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The program was easy to use. The program was easy to work through. We did have a problem and the online chat was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I did have to wait awhile for someone to come on. They were positive and tried to help though.
