Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to file but very expensive It's easy enough to use but it's crazy expensive and always pushing you to upgrade. How in the world does it cost $40 to process payment via your refund? Just stupid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax doesn't know it all ! Did not check some of the required yes/no boxes on the federal 1020 form. Did not properly transfer the federal tax free income information to the Michigan 1020 form. I had to hand prepare the Michigan tax as turbo tax did not generate a Michigan Schedule 1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was my first time filing taxes. It was easy! I suffer with anxiety so lord knows I did NOT want to file my taxes in any capacity. Regardless, we all need to adult eventually. This was my first time filing and turbo tax made it super easy to do so. I think it was even enjoyable. I’m very glad to live in a time where technology like this exists

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service was good, but hidden $40 fee. The Service did it's job, but continually tried to make us spend money on "upgrades" we didn't need. Then at the end of the review after they forced me to upgrade to move on another $90. They then tacked on another $40 fee for paying the fees with the tax return. That $40 fee was also hidden until the final pages agreeing to pay the amount. Honestly, probably won't use Turbo Tax again after this, a lot of other companies that do these "upgrades" for free.
